<p><span style="color: #4c5371;"><strong><u>Main Purpose of Job: </u></strong> </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #4c5371;">The primary responsibility of the SBDM is to generate revenue income for BIRB via insurance commissions. The successful candidate will also develop and lead a team of sales professionals, drive sales strategies, and foster strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets and maximize business growth.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #4c5371;"><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></span></p>
<ol>
<li><span style="color: #4c5371;">Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #4c5371;">Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #4c5371;">Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #4c5371;">Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies to ensure access to a diverse range of insurance products and competitive pricing.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #4c5371;">Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the insurance industry.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #4c5371;">Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, underwriting, and customer service to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #4c5371;">Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #4c5371;">Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #4c5371;">Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #4c5371;">Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.</span></li>

<li><span style="color: #4c5371;">Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field (preferred).</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #4c5371;">Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #4c5371;">Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #4c5371;">Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #4c5371;">Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #4c5371;">Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #4c5371;">Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #4c5371;">Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.</span></li>
